As a designer deeply passionate about mental health, my mission is to create interior
spaces that actively support well-being. Our surroundings have a profound impact on how we
feel, think, and function, yet too often, design overlooks its influence on mental health.
Through both personal experience and extensive research, I've seen how poorly designed
spaces can contribute to stress, anxiety, and disconnection, while thoughtfully designed
environments can foster calm, focus, and a sense of belonging.
I believe that by prioritizing mental well-being in design, we can create spaces that
don't just serve a functional purpose but actively enhance quality of life. My goal is to
challenge conventional design approaches and advocate for spaces that truly support the
people who use them every day.
